D구역과 E구역은 A, B, C구역과 약간의 단차가 있습니다.
2층석은 구역이 나누어져 있는 것이 아니라, 왼쪽부터 1번 좌석이 시작됩니다.
[ 예매 안내 ]
- 본 공연은 1층, 2층 전석 지정석입니다.
- 하나의 ID로 8매까지 예매 가능합니다.
- 본 콘서트의 공식 지정된 예매처가 아닌 다른 경로를 통해 구매 또는 취득하신 티켓으로 발생한 문제에 대해 제작사와 예매처 모두 책임지지 않습니다.
- 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위해 예매 초기 예약 분은 일괄 배송 방식으로 운영합니다.
티켓 일괄 배송일: 12월 11일 (수)
(12월 10일까지 예매하시는 분의 티켓수령은 배송으로만 가능합니다.)
- 일괄 배송일 이후 예매하시는 분들께서는 현장수령 또는 배송을 선택하실 수 있습니다.
- 모든 티켓 (배송 받으신 티켓 포함)은 분실 및 파손 시 절대 재발급이 되지 않으므로 보관에 각별히 유의하시기 바랍니다.
- 1인 1티켓을 원칙으로 하며, 어린이도 티켓을 구입하셔야 합니다. (만 7세 이상 관람가)
공연 당일은 티켓 교환 및 환불이 되지 않습니다.
[ 입장 안내 ]
- 공연 당일 매표소는 공연 1시간 30분 전 오픈합니다. (오후 4시반 ~ 7시 운영)
- 관객 입장은 공연 30분 전 시작됩니다.
- 원활한 공연진행을 위하여 10분전까지 공연장에 도착하여 주시기 바랍니다.
공연이 시작한 후에는 입장이 부분적으로 제한됩니다. 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 예매하신 티켓을 현장에서 수령하시는 분들께서는 예매확인증과 신분증을 꼭 지참해주시기 바랍니다.
[ 공연관람시 유의사항 ]
- 사진 및 동영상 촬영 등의 녹음, 녹취를 금지합니다. 적발 시 녹음, 녹취된 자료는 삭제될 수 있으며 강제 퇴장될 수 있습니다.
- 공연장 내 물품보관소가 협소합니다. 조기 마감될 수 있으니 큰 짐은 삼가주시고, 짐을 보관하실 관객 분들은 여유롭게 공연장에 도착하시기 바랍니다.
- 공연장 내에서는 안내요원의 안내에 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다. 다른 관객 분들의 공연 관람에 지장을 주는 행동은 삼가 해주시기 바랍니다.
- 티켓을 소유하지 않은 관객은 어떠한 사유로도 입장이 불가합니다.
- 관객 분들의 쾌적한 관람 및 안전을 방해하는 물품은 반입을 금합니다. (대형 응원도구 및 야광 머리띠, 음식물, 카메라, 꽃다발 등)

[ Notice for Seats]
D area and E area’s height is different from A, B, C area.
The second floor seats are not divided into areas. Number 1 seat starts from left.
[ Ticket Advance Purchase Precautions ]
- All seats are reserved seats.
- One person can buy tickets up to 8 tickets.
- We have no responsibility if you reserve tickets through unofficial ticket purchase site.
- It is impossible to receive ticket again when you lose ticket.
So, please keep your ticket.
- One person can watch a concert for one ticket and Children also have to buy ticket. (Only suitable for those aged 7 or over)
It is not possible to refund and change ticket on the day of concert.
[ Admission Announcement ]
- Ticket booth will open 1 hour and a half before the concert starts. (Running from 4:30 PM ~ 7:00 PM)
- Admission will start 30 minutes before the concert starts.
- Please enter the concert hall 10 minutes before the concert starts.
After the concert begins, admission will be restricted partially.
- If you receive ticket at the ticket booth, please bring your identification card and a printed copy of ticket reservation.
[ Notice for watching performance ]
- It is not permitted to take a picture, video, recording during concert.
(Anyone found taking a picture, video, recording during concert will be asked to leave.)
- Anyone who buy ticket through global page can receive ticket on the day of the concert at the ticket booth.
- Coatrooms are small. There will be early closure, so please don't bring a big piece of luggage.
If you want to use coatrooms, please arrive at the concert hall early.
- Please follow the guide staff at the concert hall.
Please refrain from making others unpleasant.
- It is impossible to enter the concert hall with no ticket.
- Please don’t bring articles that threaten the security of other audiences.
(Glow-in-the-dark headband, food, camera, bunch of flowers etc)
- We ask all of the audiences for your active participation and support.
